Whitney joined KC&A in 2014. She studied psychology at Mississippi College and obtained a master’s degree in Quantitative Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University. She is currently a doctoral candidate in Strategic Leadership at James Madison University. Her research interests include implicit leadership theories, organization culture language, and dyadic research methods. She also has experience teaching and guest lecturing various business, psychology, and statistics courses.
