Kris brings 20+ years of experience in sales and leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Processes with a major in Organizational Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Kris has a proven track record of success in business development, leadership, change management, and sales training and development. She has held several leadership positions, including Area Business Manager Bayer Crop Science and Regional Manager at Royal Canin.  

Kris resides in the Upper Peninsula where she and her husband Dale were born and raised.  They moved home to raise their 3 children Ava, Abram & Amilia.
