Kimberly McNany was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of KC&A in 2023. She originally joined KC&A in 2018 after a successful 28 year career in Human Resources.  During that time, her main focus was labor relations in manufacturing, service and healthcare industries. 
 
Kimberly is a graduate of Muskingum University and received her MBA from Franklin University.  
 
Kim currently resides in Charlotte, NC with her husband, Tom.
