Deb joined KC&A as a Principal in 2008 following a successful career with Birmingham-based manufacturer, U.S. Pipe and Foundry Company.  At U.S. Pipe, Deb served in a variety of administrative roles including Director, Learning and Development. 

In addition to serving as Chair of the Board, Deb facilitates all team processes and provides individual coaching. 

Deb is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College and the Momentum Leadership Program.  She and her husband Jim make their home on a small farm in Jefferson County, Alabama.
