David joined KC&A in 2024 following a 30-year military career where he served in a wide range of leadership positions involving personnel policy, support, and logistics. This included multiple tours as a Commander, as well as an adjunct instructor at the Air Force Academy and a leadership succession planner in the Pentagon.

David brings diverse human resources expertise having served as a CHRO on 3 occasions.  He also has practical experience steering large-scale organizations, spearheading employee support initiatives, fostering cohesive teams, and collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to enhance organizational effectiveness.

David resides in Colorado with his wife, Tina, and their children Sydney and William.
