Beth Lanier returned to KC&A in 2025, having previously worked with the firm for nearly a decade as a leadership and cultural development consultant.  In the interim, she served as Director of Human Resources at a mid-size Georgia/Florida regional accounting firm, and as Director of HR and Organizational Effectiveness for a large Savannah community association.  Prior to that, Beth spent 17 years in Human Resources with Southern Company.

Beth is a graduate of Armstrong State University (now Georgia Southern University), and holds her SHRM-SCP as a senior human resources professional.

Beth currently resides in Savannah, Georgia with her husband.
